Purchase Of Artworks by Andrew Tyzack
Andrew Tyzack uses PayPal to accept and process payments. However, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account or to get a PayPal account to make a purchase if it is by credit card. To make a purchase from Andrew Tyzack:
Proceed to the collection and select the works of art that you’d like to buy. To do so, click the ‘add to cart’ button beside the item you would like to purchase (note, you can add more than one artwork to your basket at a time). To view your cart, click the button and you will be shown the pieces you have added to your basket and the total costs (inc. p&p*) will be displayed for your convenience.
Proceed to checkout. You will have the option to pay by credit card directly or to use your PayPal account should you have one. When you have completed all the fields, you will be given the opportunity to review your order before you finalise the purchase.

Andrew Tyzack will endeavour to ship purchased works of art as soon as payments have been received and cleared. Andrew Tyzack ships works of art insured with a suitable courier. Andrew Tyzack uses packaging suitable for shipping the purchased works of art. Shipment costs are included in the price of Andrew Tyzack works of art*.

We will refund any item sent that is not as described or is damaged before it reaches you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be welcome to return it un-damaged for a full refund. Please unwrap carefully as works of art damaged during opening cannot be refunded. If a work of art has to be returned to the Andrew Tyzack, we cannot be held responsible for it if it is lost or damaged before it arrives. For your own protection please take care to use an appropriate insured courier. Andrew Tyzack will endeavour to respond to all complaints as soon as possible.
